Our company begins 1980 as an air-conditioning system provider for the automotive industry. As the industry grew, we grew too. In 1982, we have expanded our airconditioning system range to cover all automotive applications, i.e. cars, trucks, buses and any other specialized vehicles. To do this, we have to enhance and expand our knowledge in air-conditioning system and improve our technical competency to be able to design system for specialized applications. Later, we were appointed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Japan as their sole distributor of Mitsubishi Automotive Airconditioning System for Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Naturally, we expanded our services to include refrigeration system as the country need for refrigeration increases. As the refrigeration system business grew over the years, again we build up our experiences and technical knowledge of various types of refrigeration system. In 1992, we were appointed as sole distributor for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries’ refrigeration system.

From the very beginning, our business philosophy is to have a long-term symbiosis relationship with our customers. We take the position to be a long-term partner in our customers’ business and we built our business upon the success of our customers’ business.
 


Over the years, we have expanded into the manufacturing of insulated bodies for refrigerated transportation industry. In line with our values, we bring in the latest technology and quality materials from Japan, USA and Europe. In 1997, by carefully combining the best materials and technologies, we introduced into the market a refrigerated body of excellent quality that matches those in Japan, Europe and USA. Through our research and development program, we continuously incorporate innovative improvements to our products to meet the ever-changing market requirements.

To streamline our operations, we established Systems Cool Pte Ltd to handle all sales and service of air-conditioning systems. Hwee Jan (S) Pte Ltd, on the other hand, focuses on refrigeration system.

In 2001, we started on our Projects Department that design and manufacture special purpose vehicles. Together with our knowledge of lightweight body construction and our technical knowledge, we strive to provide creative solutions to customer with special needs. We have since designed and manufactured various specialized vehicles with flexible customization to meet customer requirements. Please refer to our project reference list for further details.
